Patch Notes 1.1.1: New Duel, League Rewards and Rebuilt Friends Tab

This week brings a full update: the duel reveals itself card by card, the league now shows matchday and rewards, the Chrome league opens the pyramid downwards, and we rebuilt the Friends tab. Here is everything in detail.

The duel reveals itself: card by card to the score

Your board now lines up in the open. Your five cards sit on top, your opponent's five below, both face down. One tap starts the ritual.

• Card by card the duel reveals itself, the sums count along. At the end the scoreboard flips to the official score.
• Your opponent's cards stay hidden until the duel is settled.
• When a friendly duel runs alongside, you switch between League and Friend at the top.

Matchday and table: see everything your league is playing

Three tabs now run through your league: Table, Matchday and Rewards. Your league is more than your own duel.

• The matchday shows the other fixtures of your league. Before kickoff you see who has locked in, then the running score. The strip from 1 to 7 pages through the week.
• While a matchday runs, the table counts along live. At settlement the official standings take over.
• You now open player profiles from the table and the duel.

League rewards: claim what your rank brings

Your league pays out every Monday. You claim your reward right there.

• The Rewards tab shows in advance what every rank brings.
• The league tile and the gift icon show you when something is waiting.
• The champions of Obsidian and Titan pick their own pack.

The Chrome league: the pyramid gets its floor

The league has a fifth tier. Chrome opens below Steel as the new entry point.

• Relegation from Steel starts this week.
• New players join a league the same day, not on Monday.

The new Friends tab: your people, your duel, your Groups

We rebuilt the Friends tab. Your friends sit in an avatar row, and a green dot shows who has locked in today.

• You get 100 Store Points for every referred friend who locks in a board. Your milestones and your code sit right on the card.
• Your friendly duel lives here now, in the league duel card's design. Challenging a friend becomes an option once you have locked in your board.
• Friend leagues become Groups: your private leaderboards are Groups now, so the League means one thing.

Live mode: the score comes to you

Live mode moves deeper into the duel.

• The league duel shows both players' running scores while matches are on.
• The score line shows home and away neutrally, with the half-time score in brackets.
• Open the app and the live score of the board you locked in is right there.

Fine-tuning everywhere

Plenty of small changes clean things up.

• Cards no longer show up twice in the collection.
• Your league opponent of the day now sits in the Daily board's status line.
• The Weekly header shows your score instead of a countdown.
• Push notifications speak more concretely, in your language, and take you straight to the target.
• Screen readers announce the locked-in state again.
• The tab bar stays in place while you navigate.
• We improved security and stability in the background.
