How to delete your Matchplan account and your data
You can delete your Matchplan account and its associated data at any time. Here is how.
In the app
- Open Matchplan and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed.
By email
If you can no longer access the app, write to hello@playmatchplan.com from your registered email address and request deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, email address, username, predictions, collections, Store Points, season progress, social connections and activity history, as well as any other personal data associated with your account, are permanently deleted.
What may be retained
We keep limited records only where the law requires it, for example to meet legal or financial obligations. This data is deleted once those obligations end. Backups are purged within our standard retention period.
